Nature of the Service

This is a private reference resource with no government connection. It does not hold official records and cannot confirm custody, order a release, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its pages point toward Bryan County inmate and jail-record sources and may connect visitors with research tools operated by outside companies.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must remain lawful, respectful, and compatible with the site's normal operation.

• Do not violate any law through the service.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone.

Bryan County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides screening services. You agree not to use its information for any purpose regulated by the FCRA, including the following decisions.

• Hiring, firing, or other employment action
• Tenant selection or housing screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Licenses, permits, or eligibility for government programs
• Any other FCRA-governed determination

Services Operated by Others

Links may lead to release records, sheriff and corrections websites, government portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. We do not control their content, privacy practices, or availability and do not endorse them merely by linking. Review each provider's own terms before use.

No Warranties

The service and all content are supplied "as is" and "as available." We make no promise concerning the following matters.

• Accuracy, completeness, or currentness of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
• Completeness of results returned by a partner tool

Custody status and public records can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement from a sheriff, jail, corrections department, or other government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bryan County Released Inmates and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to or use of the service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
